This is a wonderful example of our philosophy of an affordable full concrete house. This completely new one story 3,082 square feet residence is to be built totally with concrete including its roof which is of course, the only practical way to build in South Florida.
The interior of the house has been designed so as to separate the dormitories from the living areas with the grand room at its center and the bedrooms wing opening or rotating in fan shape to the left side of said grand room while the kitchen, family room and garage
wing rotates to the right side.
The modern minimalist design shown in the exterior facades with the elevated center of the house expresses the different areas of the interior of the house including the minimalist interiors as well.
